Axial Flow Fans

All axial fans are specially rolled formed and welded in standard long housing from the following range of materials:

• Galvanized steel (default)
• Mild Steel / Carbon Steel
• Stainless Steel ( SS 316L / SS 304)
• Any other material (on request)

All axial fans have natural finish but customers may request to have the fans spray-painted or epoxy powder-coated. Other special finishing is available upon request.

All axial fans have industry proven totally enclosed foot mount class ‘F’ rating motors with IP55 protection. 

Smoke spill axial fans have Class 'H’ rating motors with IP55 protection and are certified to meet Malaysian BOMBA requirements. 

Ex-proof motors for critical environments and safe zone are available as well. 

By default all fan motors are 3 phase 415V/50Hz unless requested otherwise.

All axial fans impellers have manual pitch adjustable aerofoil blades and features taper‐bush locking pressure die cast aluminium hub. 

Depending on duty requirements, the number of fan blades range from as less as 3 blades to as many as 14 blades. 

The impellers are made of the materials:

• Cast aluminium (default)
• Polypropylene PP (on request)
• Anti‐Static material (on request)
